You won’t play a Playstation 2 game on your Playstation 3. At least that’s the message that Sony put last week but they have already gone back on their word, kind of.
Both the original God of War 1 and 2 will be coming to the Playstation 3 on one HD-erized Blu-Ray disk called The God of War Collection. This ‘Remastered’ edition will up the graphics to 60fps and 720p along with trophies and all that goodness this generation has brought. It’s expected that it will come out at £39.99 or less and is set to be available before God of War 3 is released in March of next year.
