It’s weird to see what is normally a well thought out and methodical company like Rockstar going a bit crazy with a release. Chinatown Wars didn’t sell great, actually it hardly sold at all and that’s why they are soon releasing it on the PSP.
Today though, Rockstar have announced that before the year’s end, Chinatown Wars will be coming to the iPhone in what has been described as a ‘perfect match for the iPhone’. Personally I don’t see it due to the lack of buttons on the iPhone but if games like Payback can sell there must be a market.
Pricing issues also come into with expensive, and by expensive I mean more than £1.19, titles not selling so well. Will Rockstar price themselves out? How will the game even control? So many questions before the hype can begin.
