You can’t be to surprised with another Skate game rumoured to be in the works. The original Skate was a flawed classic and while the second might have addressed all the issues we had with the original, it added it’s fair share of new ones.
Skate 3 hasn’t been officially announced but a skater’s twitter tells us otherwise. To be honest it wouldn’t be a massive surprise if this was revealed to be true but it will be interesting to see how fast they turnaround other Skate. 2010 at the earliest but the problems with Skate 2 were so basic that they could be quickly fixed.
We’ll report more when we hear it and yup we’ve contacted EA for a comment.

skate 2 was a dissapointment for me. The original was arguably the best skating game ever, with unbelievable graphics, and gameplay – perfection. As for the sequel, I can live with attempting nothing new, but bizarrely both the graphics and frame rate got worse???
