Welcome to our first annual end of year awards for 2008. We’ve seen a lot of brilliant games and although we can’t honor each individual achievement within a game, we can award the cream of the crop with it’s very own Zumy.
Primarily we will be showcasing the best games of each genre. The best Shooter, RPG, Sports, Action Adventure, Platformer, Rhythm, Driving, Simulation, Real Time Strategy, Beat ‘em up, puzzle and arcade games will all get individual awards.
After our genre based awards we have our platform awards. The best unique game on the PC, 360, Playstation 3, Wii, PSP and DS will all be showcased. We’ll also be awarding a Zumy to the best multi-platform game of the year.
Before the big game of the year we’ll be serving up the miscellaneous awards like Best Graphics, Best Artistic Visuals, Most Disappointing, Best Original Soundtrack and of course our Most Anticipated of 2009 award. Then comes the big one it’s the Game of the Year which has eight of the best games this year has offered all in contention.
