Nintendo have recently announced that they have over 100 games in being developed for the release of WiiWare.
Nintendo’s Senior Officer, Tom Prata recently announced that there are 100 titles under development and are taking time with each game. Depending on schedule that Nintendo are releasing game wise, they hope to develop new ideas into each game production. Around 80 percent of the games are from companies that have never been on Nintendo platforms before.
The content for Wiiware may vary from region to region game and cover wise. The big news about Wiiware is that aspects including sex and violence will not be restricted by Nintendo, but will obviously reserve rights to approve all the games produced for Wiiware..
WiiWare has great potential but we are yet to see any interesting titles from this new platform.
