Every week Major Nelson posts the top 10 most played games on Xbox Live ever since Gears of War came out its either been one of two games, Gears of War or Halo 3. Earlyer in the year the brilliant Call of Duty 4 pipped Halo out of the number one slot and after a few weeks swapping it seems like Halo might have a hard time dethroning Modern Warfare. As you’ve already guessed Call of Duty 4 has pinched the number one slot for the third week running.
I also had a look back at the last game that wasn’t Microsoft published. It was Splinter Cell Double Agent… Weird ain’t it?

I think u mean Gears vs. Halo 2, ryt? SInce Halo 3 wasnt out then yet.

A.D That doesnt make a whole lot of sense. But well done you!
While its deserved that it should get a few award, i think COD4 is a bit overrated. Its a good game, but its just a sequel of a sequel of a well you get the picture.
Id perfer a more innovative game to win the awards.
